The recent partnership between Nigerians In Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) and Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has now made it easy for Nigerians living in Diaspora to build houses in their home country without interruption from any third party.
Managing Director of FMBN, Mr Ahmed Dangiwa said that through this partnership, the management of the Federal Mortgage Bank will design a scheme to enable Nigerians in Diaspora acquire shelter easily in the country.
Appreciating the effort of the bank for designing such an important scheme, Chairman/CEO of NIDCOM, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa added that many Nigerians have the funds and resources to own a house but end up mis-utilizing those funds as a result of no proper channel to acquire such properties.
Founder/CEO of Crown Allied Global Realty & Homes, Dr Kayode Amos has also announced the measures taken by the digitally focused real estate brand to facilitate the implementation and execution of the partnership. When Nigerians in Diaspora invest with Crownluxury Properties, they can see their building project start almost immediately and within 18 months, they will be handed the keys to their houses in Crown Vista City, along Airport Road, Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.
